Kendre Girard, Office Manager

Kendre has been working in the business management field for nearly 10 years. She prides herself on going above-and-beyond when it comes to client satisfaction and is highly detail oriented. Kendre obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, through Oakland University in Michigan, and her master’s degree in Business Administration, through Northwood University in Michigan. She enjoys spending time with her husband and extended family, and participating in outdoor activities such as kayaking, biking, hiking, and snowmobiling. Her lifelong involvement in the arts and culture centered philosophy guides her with her desire to make a positive impact on the local community.

Brooke Jaynes, Financing

Brooke is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Northwood University. She prides herself on having an eye for detail and increasing productivity. With a goal of maximizing ROI for individual agents’ businesses, she is continually developing tools and training programs to enhance the marketing, listing, and selling process. Brooke loves fitness related activities as well as baking special treats for her family and friends.

Tanisha Samuel, Marketing

Tanisha is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development at Northwestern Michigan College. She thrives on interaction with people from diverse cultures and beliefs and enjoys being involved with the arts. Concierge level service is important to her as well as social responsibility. She approaches marketing with creativity, looking for innovative ways to reach a multi-generational demographic. Tanisha loves spending time with her children and family. Baking and crafting are her favorite pastimes.

Stephanie Higdon, Community Outreach

Stephanie has a degree in business management through Northwood University. She has 8 years’ experience in the Real Estate, HOA and property management fields. Stephanie strives to create an environment of diversity, provide quality customer service, and manage programs to promote social responsibility. She enjoys swimming in northern Michigan’s crystal-clear lakes, going on nature walks and spends most of her free time camping with friends.
